[Bug 887998] [NEW] GoSub Dialplan Application not registered

Public bug reported:

When using a dialplan from an old installation it failed because GoSub
was not found.

"core show applications" does NOT list the GoSub and GoSubIf
applications, Just Goto, GotoIf and GotoIfTime
