Public bug reported:

All-in-one OpenStack LXC setup as described in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ServerTeam/Oneiric/OpenStackTestPlan

I was able to successfully spawn multiple instances (in this case 6) in
one reservation - they all started up correctly; however I then tried to
terminate all six in one command; some completed termination but others
failed with alot of I/O errors on the console.
