[Bug 843296] [NEW] cannot install snmp-mibs-downloader - does not exist

Hi,

While trying to make snmpd work on Oneiric I noticed snmp-mibs-
downloader does not exist although package libsmi2-common suggests its
installation.

Without installing snmp-mibs-downloader we are unable to run commands
such as:

snmpwalk -Os -c public -v 1 localhost system
