[Bug 856149] [NEW] bacula-fd won't automatically start at boot

bacula-fd works perfectly on the machine. The only problem is that when
I reboot the computer, bacula-fd doesn't start at boot, so I have to log
in and issue /etc/init.d/bacula-fd start.
