  * Required packages in universe need MIR
  * Eucalyptus needs to audit versions to determine whether an exact version is needed
  * Specifically, it is known that gwt 2.0 is critical
  * The following are completely new packages not yet in main or universe:
     - activemq
     - ha-jdbc
     - infinispan
     - jminix
     - restlet
     - rhq
     - guava
  * Several packages may need to be built differently so that more jars are present in the binary package:
    - libjibx-java
    - libmule-2.0-java
    - libproxool-java
