Installing cobbler in a clean chroot without recommends presents this
problem:

(oneiric-amd64)root at clint-MacBookPro:/home/clint# cobblerd --no-daemonize
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/cobblerd", line 19, in <module>
    import cobbler.cobblerd as app
ImportError: No module named cobbler.cobblerd
