Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.

If possible, please could you run the following command on the server
you are having trouble connecting to:

   sudo apport-collect 967410

If this is not possible then the following log files would be helpful:

  /var/log/samba/log.*

Marking 'Incomplete' pending your response and 'High' until we get more
information on what is causing this issue.
