Public bug reported:

Was trying to change background when this occured-how can I cleanly
remove MySQL and then reinstall? Using Lighttpd and SQLite but packages
like zabbix didn't check or misinformation occured and tried to load
MySQL and Apache, Apache partially installed, MySQL won't uninstall or
some other package will install. Don't believe this is a bug but problem
from 11, just happens more often or I see occur more with 12.04 beta.
