/dev/sd[abcdef] are in a mdadm raid i grew and rebuilt, that's where the high numbers come from
here a short example of what's wrong
```
Device:            tps   Blk_read/s   Blk_wrtn/s   Blk_read   Blk_wrtn
sdb             170.85     39834.11       265.17 5331421656   35489902       @04/28/2012 12:28:25 AM
sdb             170.82     39827.11       265.12 5331421656   35489902       @04/28/2012 12:28:48 AM
```
13 seconds have past, the Blk_read rate has NOT changed, but still see 39827.11 Blk_read/s. that number is slowly decreasing over time. it drops about 0.3 per second. so in about 1 and a half days, it should be down to zero

** Affects: sysstat (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
