[Bug 1032180] [NEW] maas ip change via sudo dpkg-reconfigure maas fails to completely reconfigure

Public bug reported:

use case is I needed to use maas in an offline setup. I installed maas
per the instructions on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ServerTeam/MAAS/. I
mirrored the repos so that I would have everything I needed for offline
use.

after all was setup online I changed networks to an offline setup and ran 'sudo dpkg-reconfigure maas' typed in the  new ip address. 
This failed when a node was trying to commission. the reconfigure did not change the ISCSI or the log_host for the cobbler profiles. I fixed this after many hours of searching by using the command 'cobbler profile edit' to change the log_host and ISCSITarget parameters for the commissioning images. For a newb as I was this would be very challenging to find. 

I would have expected for the dpkg-reconfigure command to take care of
that.
