[Bug 1092120] [NEW] Cobbler PXE menu template mislabelled as MAAS

Public bug reported:

On installing cobbler for non-MAAS purposes I found out that
dhcp.template is adapted from upstream.

The label in vi /etc/cobbler/pxe/pxedefault.template says "Ubuntu
MAAS", when Cobbler can be installed easily without MAAS.

Basically the MAAS installer should replace this file only if we're
actually configuring MAAS, and otherwise the menu presented to users
should still say "Cobbler".

** Affects: cobbler (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Summary changed:

- DHCP template mislabelled as MAAS
+ Cobbler PXE menu template mislabelled as MAAS
