[Bug 938752] [NEW] Lucid containers don't have sudo set up

Public bug reported:
With the latest ubuntu template change, the "ubuntu" user in the Lucid
containers no longer have sudo access and needs to be manually added.
There's a temporary workaround (from outside your container): chroot
/var/lib/lxc/<container>/rootfs passwd
