Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

I understand that the root hints file may not be completely up to date,
but DNS is designed to autocorrect this as soon as bind starts, isn't
it? How many root server entries are now incorrect?

Could you please help us understand the real world impact of this bug?
