Looks like your configuration is referencing files:

Jun 12 10:40:27 eugene-pc named[15435]: /etc/bind/named.conf:13: open:
/home/eugene/temp/PRR-1695/h16-ns4-root-var-named/slave/customer
/customer-zones.conf.new: permission denied

Which apparmor is blocking access to:

You need to update your apparmor profile for named to include these
files - see:

Marking 'Invalid' as this is a local configuration error.
