Thanks for taking the time to report this bug in Ubuntu.

Looks like you might have a corrupt deb file - please try running:

   sudo apt-get clean
   sudo apt-get -f install

To flush your local disk cache of deb's and then try re-
installing/upgrading.

Marking 'Invalid' as this is a local corruption issue.  Please set back
to 'New' if you do not think this is the case or you are still
encountering issues.
