[Bug 954492] [NEW] dummy ensemble package should be dropped

Public bug reported:

the ensemble package was just there to facilitate the rename which
happened during the 11.10 development cycle. The dummy package can now
be dropped, and the Breaks/Replaces made more broad in scope so all
ensemble packages will be removed whenever juju is installed.
