Thanks for reporting this bug.  Could you please post the output of

ls -l /etc/dnsmasq.d
ifconfig -a
route -n
ps -ef | grep dnsm
grep dnsmasq /var/log/syslog

and the following files to help us debug? :

/etc/resolv.conf
/etc/dnsmasq.conf
/etc/dnsmasq.d/*
