Oh!
After running testparm it waits for pressing enter to show a dump of the service definitions. 
I simply wrote '"echo $?" + enter' and misinterpreted the dump as output of my last command.

testparm outputs (*) +  (after i pressed enter)  the dump u have seen in
my last post and it exits with 0.


(*):
Load smb config files from /etc/samba/smb.conf
rlimit_max: increasing rlimit_max (1024) to minimum Windows limit (16384)

Processing section "[Dateifreigabe]"
Processing section "[Dateifreigabe]"
Loaded services file OK.
