Ok, it mostly looks good here. Here are a small feedback on the packaging itself:
I don't understand the manual ldconfig call in librados2.post{inst,rm}. It should be added automatically isn't it (didn't see anything in changelog or README explaining it)? then, that will enable us to remove the 2 files as the rest is just DEBHELPER call.
