[Bug 1055505] [NEW] nova-vncproxy conflicts with novnc

On essex, it is not possible to install both nova proxy (novnc and nova-
vncproxy) on the same machine as nova-vncproxy has a conflicts with
novnc:

According to this post, this is not the case on the debian package 
https://lists.launchpad.net/openstack/msg16446.html

It could be handy to have the 2 different proxy on the same box so one
single machine could be dedicated to host both vnc proxy services (1 for
horizon, the other one for the java client).
