This bug was fixed in the package libvirt - 1.0.2-0ubuntu11

  * debian/patches/nonblock-fix.patch: cherrypicked upstream patch to
    not mark qemu migration fd non-blocking.  This fixes tcp live
    migration. (LP: #1157626)
