** Description changed:

- Whois Server for .kr and .xn--3e0b707e domains (whois.kisa.or.kr)
- changed result's encoding EUC-KR to UTF-8.
+ Whois for .kr and .xn--3e0b707e domains return crashed characters cause
+ invaild encoding (i think)
  
- but whois package still use EUC-KR with whois.kisa.or.kr
+ $ whois devunt.kr # return crached info
+ $ whois -h whois.kisa.or.kr # return correct info
  
- please change whois encoding EUC-KR to UTF-8 or change whois server to
- oldwhois.kisa.or.kr
