Marking confirmed based on the fedora report.  THe Makefile.am in raring
still shows:

./scripts/udev/Makefile.am: udevrules_DATA += 52-nut-usbups.rules
./scripts/udev/Makefile.am: udevrules_DATA += 52-nut-ipmipsu.rules

so I doubt it has been fixed there.
