[Bug 1251340] [NEW] Missing jar file in 1.2.2-1ubuntu0.12.04.1

Public bug reported:

Doing normal updates on our server, this package got updated from
1.2.2-1 to 1.2.2-1ubuntu0.12.04.1, and broke solr. It seems to be
missing the actual jar files in the places things expect them to be.
Notice in the previous version there are two files in /usr/share/java,
while the updated version doesn't have them.

Expectation is that the package include the proper jar files and doesn't
break services.

What happened is that solr stopped working. I pinned the package to the
old version for now.
