Public bug reported:
I installed Nut on a machine which is attached to a UPS through an USB
connection. The blazer driver was not able to start, because of wrong
permissions. The reason is that the udev rules file in the package
refers to the user group "nobody", which group does not exist on Ubuntu
(AFAIK it does exist on Debian). Result of udevadm test:
# udevadm test /sys/bus/usb/devices/3-3
read rules file: /lib/udev/rules.d/52-nut-usbups.rules
specified group 'nobody' unknown
The user group in the file should be replaced by the driver's actual
user group, "nut".
