Steps to reproduce (guessing, untested but it should be something like
this):

1. Start on Saucy with a KVM capable machine and kernel.
2. apt-get install uvtool
3. uvt-simplestreams-libvirt sync arch=amd64 release=saucy
4. uvt-kvm create -d test release=saucy
5. Observe /var/log/libvirt/qemu/test.log
