[Bug 1244349] [NEW] lxc-ubuntu-cloud should use simplestreams

Public bug reported:

lxc-ubuntu-cloud should use simplestreams to check for newer images.

It should automatically check for and fetch new images, unless a new
flag (-K ?) is specified.
