According to your error log, seems that there is already a process running in the same port:

131026  8:25:13 [ERROR] Can't start server: Bind on TCP/IP port: Cannot assign requested address
131026  8:25:13 [ERROR] Do you already have another mysqld server running on port: 3306 ?

So you should check which process is already using it, and solve that
conflict.
