I ran this:

# ps aux | grep dhcp
dhcpd    10556  0.0  0.1  19128  1100 ?        Ss   Sep14   0:02 /usr/sbin/dhcpd -f -q -4 -pf /run/maas/dhcp/dhcpd.pid -cf /etc/maas/dhcpd.conf -lf /var/lib/maas/dhcp/dhcpd.leases eth0

So, I'm going to attach the leases file. Maybe that will help.
