[Bug 1247912] Re: exim4 4.80-7ubuntu3 init script bug

Can you please clarify 4.80-9ubuntu2 is going to be available on Ubuntu 13.10 or no? 
I was about to submit new bug but found this one and it says " Fix Released ", however the latest package for 13.10  is still 4.80-7ubuntu3.
