[Bug 1312413] [NEW] fence-agents leaves fencing.pyc behind

Public bug reported:

This is with trusty / fence-agents 3.1.5-2ubuntu4

fence-agents supplies /usr/share/fence/fencing.py

The corresponding generated fencing.pyc keeps it from uninstalling
cleanly:

# dpkg --purge fence-agents
(Reading database ... 54169 files and directories currently installed.)
Removing fence-agents (3.1.5-2ubuntu4) ...
Purging configuration files for fence-agents (3.1.5-2ubuntu4) ...
dpkg: warning: while removing fence-agents, directory '/usr/share/fence' not empty so not removed
Processing triggers for man-db (2.6.7.1-1) ...
# ls /usr/share/fence/
fencing.pyc
# 

looks like it's missing a prerm script to clean up the python...
