jefersonap, thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Hardy Desktop reached EOL on May 12, 2011.

Could you please test http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ and advise to the results? If reproducible, please execute the following in a terminal so the necessary debugging information is attached:
apport-collect 339540
