It is not possible to run apt-get upgrade on a freshly startet Ubuntu
AMI (ubuntu-trusty-14.04-amd64-server-20140607.1.manifest.xml (ami-
0332fd74)):

Failed to open terminal.debconf: whiptail output the above errors, giving up!
dpkg: error processing package grub-legacy-ec2 (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 255
