[Bug 1329295] [NEW] juju-core 1.18.4-0ubuntu1 FTBFS on powerpc in utopic-proposed

All other architectures are OK, including ppc64el. I cannot reproduce on
a porter box. infinity has reproduced and reports that a build on Trusty
is OK, but Utopic fails.

Creating this bug to track this as I have a bunch of juju-core packaging
issues that I'm juggling at the moment, and would like to keep a bug
list to track them all.
