Public security bug reported:

Bind 9.9.5 is an "Extended Support Version (ESV)" of bind9, which means
it will be supported by ISC for a period of 4 years.

I would like our LTS release to get an ESV version of bind9 so our
maintenance and security support will be easier.

I don't believe upgrading from 9.9.3 would pose any issue at this period
in the development cycle as it is a minor update.
