Thanks for reporting this bug.  The problem appears to be an error in
/etc/bind/named.conf:

Mar  3 15:09:00 konan-Satellite-C660 named[3383]:
/etc/bind/named.conf:14: 'options' redefined near 'options'

Please let us know if this solves your problem, or attach your
/etc/bind/named.conf file here.
