[Bug 1289503] [NEW] btrfs mounts missing from hrFSTable

Public bug reported:

btrfs mounts do not show up in hrFSTable currently. The patch has been
added upstream in newer versions, and should be included in the next LTS
now that btrfs is mature enough to have fsck.
