[Bug 1290331] [NEW] query_cache_* configuration not appropriate for all mysql alternatives

Public bug reported:

my.cnf as provided in the mysql-common package sets:

query_cache_limit   = 1M
query_cache_size        = 16M


percona-cluster-xtradb-common-5.5 depends on mysql-common, however for this mysql alternative, these configuration setting result in a server that won't start (query cache is disabled in active-active HA mysql).
