Please sync libstatgrab 0.90-1.1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Use autoreconf to update config.{guess,sub}.
Already fixed, the .1 change allows migration from -proposed

libstatgrab (0.90-1.1) unstable; urgency=high

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix tests causing FTBFS in some arches due to failing to find
    /etc/mtab fix-ftbfs-734368.patch (Closes: #734368)
