[Bug 1294248] [NEW] ubuntu kvm upgrade failure

I currently get the following failure when upgrading from havana cloud
archive to icehouse-staging cloud archive:

ubuntu at devstack:~$ dpkg -l| grep kvm
ii  qemu-kvm                         1.7.0+dfsg-3ubuntu6~cloud0                 QEMU Full virtualization on x86 hardware (transitional package)
ubuntu at devstack:~$ sudo apt-get install kvm
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
