OK - so the proposed plan is as follows:

1) Update to 0.78 release this week; this will be tested in PPA first.

2) Update to 0.79 on the assumption that it appears in +2 weeks; again
this will be tested in PPA first.

3) SRU the firefly 0.80 release into 14.04 post 17th April.
