[Bug 1297942] [NEW] MAAS overwrites DEFAULT_MAAS_URL on upgrade

Public bug reported:

I did an upgrade from MAAS precise
<1.4+bzr1701+dfsg-0+1718+212~ppa0~ubuntu12.04.1> to trusty
<1.5+bzr1977-0ubuntu5> and the DEFAULT_MAAS_URL in
maas_local_settings.py was overwritten to the IP address of the first
network interface in the VM used to test the upgrade.

LP suggested this could be bug 984309 but that was long fixed so I'm
filing a new one.
