[Bug 1299964] [NEW] make Ubuntu logo more Ubuntu-y

Public bug reported:

The previous Ubuntu logo was white on aubergine.  Really, this is
Ubuntu, not Canonical, and we should be highlighting the Ubuntu orange.
Also, in the prompt, we should use orange for the hostname and aubergine
for the current working directory.
