[Bug 1321405] [NEW] unable to locate agent notification,alarm

I can't install this two agents : ceilometer notification agent,
Ceilometer alarm evaluator And Ceilometer notification agent

I'm using ubuntu 12.04 and I installed OpenStack manualy

# apt-get install ceilometer-agent-notification
