Bug #1275656 is back-porting the Trusty version of open-vm-tools to
Precise to support the HWE kernels (saucy and trusty).  The backport
will add "lts-trusty" to the name so that they can co-exist.  For the
original kernel that shipped with 12.04 LTS in the 'linux' package you
would want to use the original open-vm-tools.
