This bug was fixed in the package lxc-android-config - 0.209

lxc-android-config (0.209) utopic; urgency=medium

  * Pass -F (foreground) to lxc-start as is required by LXC 1.1.
    Bump dependency on LXC accordingly. (LP: #1376437)
