[Bug 1387080] [NEW] qemu-kvm does not modprobe kvm_intel on package installation

This has been changed in trusty and onwards.  If you're not getting
that behavior there, then please file a bug against qemu (not qemu-kvm).

This is not high enough priority to warrant fixing in precise, so marking
wontfix for qemu-kvm.
