[Bug 1368403] Re: juju-deployer traceback AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get_stat'

Strangely this seems to go away after I run juju status.

If I juju bootstrap, then run deployer I hit this (regularly, not
confident enough to say everytime, but certainly more times than not). I
then run juju status and run it again and it's fine.
