Looks like the simplest way to do it is to set the default in
vgasrc/Kconfig.

Unfortunately it's late in the cycle to put this into 15.04.  So for
15.10 we will hopefully take the full upstream fix, and do the vga-
allocate-extra-stack=n fix for the SRUs.  But the devel release must be
fixed before we can SRU.
