  Working with openstack, I have to swap two ip sets:
  # ipset list
    Name: NETIPv4fa676208-fc0f-4328-8-new
    Type: hash:net
    Revision: 4
    Header: family inet hashsize 1024 maxelem 65536
    Size in memory: 16792
    References: 0
    Members:
    10.0.0.3
  
    Name: NETIPv4fa676208-fc0f-4328-8

- If I use ipset v6.20.1 from Ubuntu 14.04, ipset swap command runs succesfully, but if I do the same thing with ipset from Ubuntu Vivid (v6.24), then got this error:
